As a result, we're more than generalist investment bankers or commercial mortgage brokers - We specialize in managing the entire, end-to-end hotel financing process for our clients.

Process-oriented Approach
Our process-oriented approach starts with the time taken to understand the unique requirements of each client and hotel property. We then develop the sophisticated financial models and marketing materials to best position a particular loan for optimal financing terms and conditions. A poorly structured or marketed loan request wastes time and results in both lesser loan proceeds and terms.
Generating Competition & Rate Negotiation
Next, we create value for our clients by generating competition in the capital markets among lenders that truly understand hospitality financing. We have hundreds of lenders in our constantly updated databases, but generally five to 12 lenders are the best matches for a particular loan. It's not necessary to circulate a loan request to dozens of lenders. Quality is far better than quantity if matched appropriately to the right lenders.
We then negotiate the best possible rate, loan proceeds, and terms for our clients. Our skills in the area have been honed over many deals, and we feel this is where we truly deliver client value. The remaining steps towards loan funding/closing include the more time consuming details that we manage throughout — eliminating complexity, confusion, and wasted time for the client.
